Payment Policy

We offer a variety of payment options; including CASH, CHECK, DISCOVER, VISA, MASTER CARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

If further payment options are needed, our helpful front office staff will be happy to help make arrangements for financing through Care Credit. Our goal is to make the payment process as accommodating and hassle-free as possible.

Dental Insurance

If you are covered by a dental insurance plan, as a courtesy to you, we will file your insurance forms with an assignment of benefits to our office. You will be responsible for your co-payment (and any deductible) when treatment is performed. We will contact your insurance company and do our best to obtain the most accurate estimate prior to your appointment.
